Co-Founder Chelsea Glover brings more than eight years of tax experience to the firm and has been an Enrolled Agent for the past four years. As an Enrolled Agent, Chelsea is federally licensed by the Internal Revenue Service and authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Throughout her career, she has worked under the mentorship of three Certified Public Accountants, gaining valuable experience in tax preparation, tax compliance, client representation, and tax planning.

Co-Founder Regan Spriggs is also an experienced tax preparer and has worked in the tax industry for more than three and a half years. Her experience preparing tax returns and working directly with clients provides valuable insight into the day-to-day needs of individuals, small businesses, and agricultural producers.
